How long should I use EMS per session?

Most users benefit from 15 minutes per muscle group. Always start at a low intensity and increase gradually.
Where do I place the pads?

Pads can be applied to large muscle groups (quads, abs, back, shoulders, calves). Your product comes with a Pad Placement Guide for safe use.
When will I feel results?

Many feel relief and improved circulation immediately. Performance and recovery benefits are often noticeable within 2–4 weeks of consistent use.

What’s included with my EMS/TENS unit?

Every unit includes the EMS device, 2× electrode leads, 4× reusable pads, USB-C charging cable, and a Quick Start Guide.
How long do the pads last?

Pads are reusable for 15–20 sessions on average. Replace them when adhesion weakens.
Do you offer a warranty?
